Bookings & Deposit
Once you have accepted your quote, I will hold your preferred collection date for 72 hours. If the deposit has not been made within this window, you are at risk of your invoice and date being cancelled.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to your booking date - Failure to make payment, your order is at risk of being cancelled and deposit forfeited.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, however your deposit is non refundable.
If you need to cancel your order you can use the deposit as a store credit. Any cancelations made needs to be emailed to cakecrumbz@outlook.com 7 days prior to booking date.
Paying a deposit OR paying your order in full means that you accept all terms and conditions
Your non-refundable deposit covers the following:
- Securing your date - and turning away other business on your date
-Time spent on administration tasks such as quoting, email responses, invoicing and billing, bookkeeping/ accounting costs etc.
Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot refund any items that have been consumed. Cake Crumbz takes no responsibility if a cake/ order that is damaged after it has been collected.
**Note: Please ensure when travelling that the cake is transported on the floor of the front passenger side, directly under the aircon. Once the cake has arrived to it's destination, it should be placed in the fridge and brought out 1-2 hours before serving. Buttercream will melt in direct sunlight.**
Allergens
Unfortunately I am unable to accommodate any dietary requirements.
All cakes are made in a kitchen that handles soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, dairy and shelfish
Refunds on incorrect design
We take full responsibility for ensuring your cake design is as accurate as possible.
If 95% or more of the cake design is incorrect (eg, the theme is incorrect, the cake does not include an important design element) we will offer a refund. Colour or general decorations will not be honoured.
